The European Pain Federation has launched the Clinical Cases Autumn Programme 2026, the second instalment of its case-based learning series for EFIC Academy members. The autumn edition centres on three brand-new Clinical Case videos, releasing in September 2026, each followed by a live discussion session in October.
Programme details
Three new Clinical Case videos go live in September 2026, covering irritable bowel syndrome, acute-transitional pain, and lumbar radiculopathy. Each video is paired with a live, 45-minute online session delivered via Zoom, giving members the opportunity to question the case author directly and discuss the clinical reasoning behind each decision.

As with the spring series, each session combines the case video with live faculty discussion and interactive Q&A, exploring diagnostic reasoning, treatment strategies, and multidisciplinary approaches to challenging pain presentations.

The autumn programme is exclusively available to active EFIC Academy members and forms part of EFIC’s structured educational offerings. Membership gives access to both the new video content and the live sessions, plus on-demand recordings and the full range of Academy learning resources afterwards.
