In 2024, the Health Literacy Working Group is looking to understand what type of resources healthcare professionals need in order to support the health literacy skills of their patients. Oftentimes, patients find it difficult to access the necessary pain-related information, understand such information, evaluate it and make decisions related to their health. Therefore, assisting patients in developing a greater health literacy, will enable them to manage more effectively their pain and condition.
In this context, the Working Group has prepared a very short survey (2 minutes estimated completion), available in different European languages: the results will inform the next phase of the campaign.
