Patient Empowerment, Self-Management and Patient-Professional Communication are the three themes being targeted in the most recent information videos released by SIP Malta. If you’ve ever felt like decisions about your healthcare were made without your full understanding or agreement, you understand the importance of being an empowered patient. You have the right to be involved in decisions concerning your health, to receive clear and understandable information, and to be treated with dignity and privacy. As a patient, you have the right to be seen and heard.
