On the 31st of August 2021, the SIP team met online with the Office of MEP Radka Maxová (S&D, Czechia). The team spoke about:
- SIP’s long-term priorities
- SIP’s 2020-21 Policy Priorities (cancer pain policies, employment and social of pain patients, and pain and digital medicine)
- The recommendations of the recent SIP Position Paper on Workplace Integration and Adaptation and
- A short overview of the plans for the SIP event on the 28th October 2021 entitled, “What can be done to support a healthy and productive European workforce and society?”, which MEP Maxová is co-hosting
SIP thanked the Office of MEP Radka Maxová for their time and support and stated that SIP is looking forward to collaborating together for the event on the 28th of October and beyond.
