SIP Portugal is promoting their Survey on the Impact of Chronic Pain on Employment.

This initiative aims to better understand the professional challenges faced by individuals living with chronic pain in Portugal, including job retention difficulties, absenteeism, reduced productivity, and access to workplace accommodations.

Chronic pain affects over a third of the Portuguese population and is a major factor in work absenteeism, early retirement, and challenges in professional reintegration.

Through this study, we hope to gather essential data to support policy discussions and improve workplace conditions for those affected.

Participation in this anonymous survey will allow us to collect essential data to support our activity with policy makers, employers and other interested parties, promoting concrete changes to improve responses to this problem.

Who can participate?

People aged 18 or over
Who have chronic pain (persistent or episodic pain, for more than 3 months), associated or not with a chronic disease

It takes less than 10 minutes to complete and all responses are anonymous.

Give voice to this cause and help us drive change!
