EFIC has developed two new surveys in order to learn more about the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on clinical health services and the adjustments that have been made as a consequence. We have developed two comparable surveys, one targeted at service providers and one targeted at service users. Findings will be analysed and compared in order to draw conclusions. The questions refer to the experience of “telehealth” visits: Healthcare appointments that are provided over the telephone or videoconferencing software, amongst other pain and COVID-19 related questions.
