Results from the Pain Alliance Europe’s 2019 survey show the significant problem of stigma in the area of pain.
Pain Alliance Europe (PAE) arranged a workshop to identify the issues which lead to stigma in the area of pain and find solutions to improve the quality of life of patients.
The workshop will take place at the Conference Center of EU Thon Hotel in Brussels, on the 6th of November from 15h until 18h, under the leadership of Marian Nicholson (Board Member of PAE).
The Workshop hopes to give rise to ideas for further proposals to apply for the Brain Mind and Pain (BMP) patient-centered innovation grant “Stop Stigma!”.
