Mariana joined the EFIC team in May and helps us with communications, events, association management & advocacy.
Mariana is Portuguese and has lived and studied in Portugal, Brazil, the Netherlands and Belgium. She has a master’s degree in Globalisation & Law from the University of Maastricht, in the Netherlands.
Before joining EFIC, she concluded two traineeships, one related to EU Public Affairs and another one in Communications & Events, both at non-for-profit organisations in Brussels.
She is interested in Health Communications, Events & EU Affairs. Besides her native language Portuguese, she speaks English, Spanish and has basic knowledge of French and Dutch.
