To enhance access to intrathecal therapy, the SFETD committee of Pain Evaluation and Management decided to create a “toolbox” on this procedure, to encourage physicians considering intrathecal therapy for cancer patients who could benefit from it. Despite being known for over 30 years, this technique is underused due to lack of awareness, fear of complications, absence of coordination with implantation specialists, or perceived invasiveness. It is our pleasure to let you know that an English version of the ‘toolbox’ is now accessible for download in French, English and Spanish:
